It is not only an island; it is a settlement, a town, an entire little continent, which has been "invented" for young people and their free time.
It was the young people, the scouts, who started building on Obonjan, once an uninhabited island. In the maps, Obonjan is the name that has been registered, but that small piece of land surrounded by sea has been called the Island of Youth for a long time.
Nowadays, this is also the name of the firm that organizes holidays for children and young people on that island.
